PRESIDENT

Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage the summit meetings.


Ensure adherence to Project Summit Networking policies and guidelines.

Foster a supportive and professional atmosphere (see membership agreement).

Oversee the leadership team and coordinate their activities.

Meeting Preparation:

  • Plan and prepare for weekly summit meetings.
  • Ensure the agenda is prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Come up with the mentor minute, ice breaker, and closing.
  • Coordinate with the Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer for meeting content.
  • Arrange guest speakers and presentations and track questions for our speakers.

Member Engagement:

  • Encourage member attendance and participation.
  • Recognize and celebrate member achievements and milestones.
  • Address member concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively. Send any concerning conflicts to Natalie and Emily.
  • Promote mentorship and support new members.

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure all summit documentation and reports are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor summit performance metrics and implement improvement strategies (Attendance, Summit Feedback).
  • Communicate regularly with Project Summit Networking Regional Directors and owners (Natalie and Emily).

Networking and Growth:

  • Promote the summit within the local business community.
  • Encourage members to invite visitors and potential new members.
  • Organize and participate in Project Summit Networking training sessions and workshops.

VICE PRESIDENT

Responsibilities

VP is responsible for being the timer at each summit meeting. 

If you are unable to attend, please assign the secretary with this responsibility.

Leadership and Support: 

  • Assist the President in leading and managing summit meetings.
  • Co-moderator will step in when the moderator is unable to attend.
  • Step in for the President when they are unable to attend the summit.
  • Ensure adherence to Project Summit Networking policies and guidelines.
  • Foster a supportive and professional atmosphere.

Meeting Preparation:

  • Collaborate with the President to plan and prepare for weekly summit meetings.
  • Ensure the agenda is prepared and distributed in advance.
  • Help develop the mentor minute, ice breaker, and closing.
  • Coordinate with the Secretary/Treasurer for meeting content.
  • Assist in arranging guest speakers and presentations and track questions for speakers.

Conducting Meetings:

  • Start meetings on time and maintain adherence to the agenda when substituting for the President.
  • Facilitate introductions and ensure each member has an opportunity to speak.
  • Promote participation and engagement from all members.
  • Handle disruptions and maintain a positive meeting environment.
  • Ensure the provided recording device is used and charged for all meetings.
  • Send the transcription and recording to [email protected] immediately after the meeting concludes when acting as the President.

SECRETARY

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of all summit meetings and activities.
  • Member Attendance 
  • Manage and store all official summit documentation.
  • Send a list of guests to the membership committee one day prior to the summit and cc [email protected].
  • Assist the President and Vice President with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Send a group text with a picture of the guests business cards to 720-437-0522 (Natalie) 720-244-8622 (Emily). 
  • Take pictures and video of the weekly presenter and load it to our Google Drive to maintain the quality of the content. Create a folder with the speaker's name, date and summit name. 

Meeting Preparation:

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in collaboration with the President and Vice President.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and documents are ready for meetings.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes promptly after each meeting.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for summit communications.
  • Distribute information and updates to summit members.
  • Ensure timely communication of important announcements and reminders.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all meetings.
  • Track and document member participation and contributions.
  • Keep an up-to-date membership roster.

Member Engagement:

  • Support the President and Vice President in engaging members and encouraging participation.
  • Recognize and celebrate member achievements and milestones.
  • Address member concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit required reports to Project Summit Networking Regional Directors and Headquarters.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on administrative and record-keeping matters.

MEMBERSHIP AMBASSADOR/COMMITTEE

Responsibilities

Membership Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members.
  • Promote the benefits of Project Summit Networking to potential members.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting membership drives and events.

Member Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new members.
  • Ensure new members understand the benefits and responsibilities of membership.
  • Introduce new members to the summit and its leadership team.

Member Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members.
  • Monitor member engagement and participation.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may affect member retention.

Member Engagement:

  • Encourage active participation from all members.
  • Recognize and celebrate member achievements and milestones.
  • Promote mentorship and support new members.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of member information.
  • Track membership metrics and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Ensure all membership documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
