MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Project Summit Networking Membership Agreement

1. Membership Terms and Benefits: The Member shall receive the benefits as outlined in the Project

Summit Ltd Membership Benefits Document, adhering to the terms and conditions set forth in this

Agreement.

2. Annual Membership and Payment Terms: Membership is offered on an annual basis from the date of the first payment

per calendar year. Members choosing a monthly payment plan are obligated to complete payments for the entire

year, even if they choose to cancel before the term ends. Membership positions are offered on a

first-come, first-served basis and are contingent upon a successful vetting process to ensure the Member

will be a valuable part of the community.

3. No Refund Policy: Membership fees, once paid to Project Summit Ltd, are non-refundable under any

circumstances, emphasizing the Member's commitment and the value provided from day one of

membership.

4. Code of Conduct: The Member commits to upholding the Project Summit Ltd Code of Conduct,

fostering a positive, constructive environment by avoiding negativity and excuses. The Member pledges

to contribute actively to the collective success and growth of the Organization and its members.

5. Contribution and Engagement: Active participation and contribution to Project Summit Ltd are

expected of the Member, including attending events, sharing expertise, and supporting fellow members.

Project Summit Ltd reserves the right to review the Member's contributions periodically to ensure

alignment with the Organization's standards and goals. Please refer to our networking guidelines and policies

6. Commitment and Termination Clause: Upon joining Project Summit Networking, each member

commits to a one-year membership. Should a member find themselves unable to continue their

participation at any point during this period, the member is obligated to fulfill the financial commitment by

paying the remaining balance of the membership fee for the year. Alternatively, members have the option

to transfer their remaining membership to a new member. In such cases, the original member is

responsible for finding a suitable replacement to assume their membership, including the responsibilities

and remaining financial obligations. The transfer of membership will only be finalized upon approval by

Project Summit Networking's management team, ensuring that the new member meets all membership

criteria and obligations as set forth by the organization.

7. Termination of Membership: Should the Member fail to adhere to this Agreement's terms, including

the Code of Conduct and engagement expectations, Project Summit Ltd holds the right to terminate the

membership. The Member will receive written notice of any concerns and will have an opportunity to

address them prior to any termination decision. We reserve the right to cancel memberships immediately based on code of conduct.

8. Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved

through mediation. Both parties agree to participate in good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes

shall be subjected to arbitration, adhering to mutually agreed upon arbitration association rules.

9. Legal Fees: Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and expenses in connection to any

dispute, arbitration, or legal action related to this Agreement, regardless of the dispute's outcome.

10. Miscellaneous: This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between Project Summit Ltd and

the Member concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements, discussions, or

understandings.
